The Essence of Hair



Toni is a natural born artist who believes her purpose as a hair designer is to share who she is through creativity. She puts The Essence of Hair into every canvas she designs and thoroughly enjoys the entire process of her artistry. “I enjoy the beginning as much as I do he end.”

Toni’s journey as a hair dresser has included extensive training from in person classes, both hands on and observing, webinars, tutorials, beauty shows, product knowledge sessions, and more. She has worked under some of Denver’s best Hair Stylists and continues and enjoys absorbing endless unique tips and tricks of the trade. Her educational background includes several advanced classes from hairstyling to varieties of techniques of hair extensions, haircutting, and hair coloring. Through ongoing education, she makes it a conscience effort to stay up to date with the latest and greatest looks, top trends, and styles; so that she can always bring you the looks you desire. Always eager to learn and try something new, Toni is the right choice for your new do.

Specializing in several different application techniques, Toni’s expertise is the art of extensions, which she executes a seamless look each and every application. For Toni, being a stylist is one of the many ways that defines her an artist, and the passion for the art shows on every client who stands up from her chair.  “I have been in the industry for over 15 years, and the endless amount of creativity that my clients allow me to express through their hair, is my why.” 

From natural hues to vibrant colors, she can mix up just about anything. She also knows how important at home haircare is, so not only will she set you up with a lively fresh look, she will also send you with a professional at home hair regimen to follow, so that you can keep your hair looking and feelin healthy to maintain longevity between visits.

Aside from being behind the chair, Toni values spending time with her favorite humans and her dog Diamond by her side. She loves being outdoors, gardening, live shows at Red Rocks, music in general, traveling, shoes, dancing, painting, drawing, macrame, sewing, astrology, thrifting, repurposing and upcycling pieces for her wardrobe, refurbishing furniture, snowboarding, scuba diving, home decorating, fashion, and collecting all things miniature. She has recently taught herself how to graffiti, and would love to learn how to play the piano someday. Toni has promised her dog, Diamond they would learn to tandem paddle board this summer. If she were to ever switch professional gears, Toni has always said she would go back to school to become an architect.
